    Xbox looses connection to PC


    After upgrading to Win 10 from Win 7, my Xbox 360 will not connect to Windows Media Player on my PC. The network connectivity and PC connectivity tests show all is OK. Any ideas?

    Wired or Wireless? Also, when you loose connection to Xbox Live, do you loose connection to the internet too, like on a PC?

    wired connection, and yes i have a pc perma connected too, and no it doesn't loose connection

    Wired or Wireless? Also, when you loose connection to Xbox Live, do you loose connection to the internet too, like on a PC?

    wired connection, and yes i have a pc perma connected too, and no it doesn't loose connection

    Hi,

    if you move your xbox live account to the outlook account currently connected to the PC user, then all should be updated with the correct xbox live profile. You might loose some savegames on the PC though.

    Just be sure the PC (or any other windows device) is not turned on when executing steps 3 and 4.

    Xbox Live Disconnects...

    PC Back on and started Ping to google, started Xbox, just done 25 mins on Forza without loosing connection. The only differance with the Ping than before is the time. It's now 69ms - 196ms BUT I was downloading the last time I done it. So I don't know how
    to keep the MiFi up without having the PC pinging, I Got the MiFi to NOT have the PC on all the time, Electricity bit expensive in UK now.

    Hope theres a easy simple cheap fix out there, thanks for help.

    Could write a novel in here now with out loosing connection aaarghhh.
