Xbox looking for group post not working on windows 10 gamebar or Console companion

I have tried and tried to post a looking for group post, every time I do so it just comes up with the error message "you're looking for group post isn't working right now" idk what to do I have called and I have looked every where. I have deleted my account
and re-added it, I have made a family plan and put myself as the organizer, I have restarted my PC, and I have tried a different account. The other account works but this account doesn't.

Try signing in and out with the account affected. Failing that maybe try a hard restart of the console.

Open Gamebar open Gamebar Widget Menu and add "Looking for group". Done.

Open Console Companion and do like always. Done

Don't open Xbox App because Xbox App is not Gamebar nor Companion.

i do feel that gamebar is a beta sometimes haha. you can always do everything on your xbox console companion and it will work directly with gamebar aswell.

If you have Windows 10 installed on your PC and the Xbox Console Companion, try leaving the group chat on the app instead.

xbox companion app is a legacy app from early windows 10, they are moving things over to the xbox app and the companion app will be discontinued eventually. you don't really have any reason to use the companion app now, which is why it does not come preinstalled on windows 11. game clips uploaded to xbox live should be visible from the gamebar.
