Xbox logs me out when I load a game

I have an old model xbox (20GB external hardrive) but it dose have the HDMI port (so you have an idea of what I am working with)

Xbox logs me out when I load a game or go from a game to my dashboard, it has just recently started to happen and i have not changed anything on my xbox, it is really starting to annoy me, i have to log in twice before i can reach the multiplayer screen on
call of duty: Ghosts .

Any ideas?

Getting frustrated, keep getting logged out of Xbox Live in almost everything.

Hello I am fairly new to Xbox so..give me a chance.

When I log onto Xbox live via Xbox home under social tab i have no problems, and it stays logged in. But when i try to run a game like World of Tanks (or anything that requires me to log in to Xbox live, including games; and marketplace, etc), My Xbox live
account will, before anything loads...sign itself out...

When I am prompted to log into Xbox live again, i log back in....but when whatever game/app is about to start up.. I'm logged out again, creating a loop of failure.

Is there a solution to this? if so, how do i fix this problem?

I really would like to be able to have a fun time with what my free membership has to offer.

 

Logs out of xbox live when i try to play a game!!

I can log in to xbox live but when I try to play a game it logs me out of live. It won't let me log into xbox live again unless I come out of the game. Can anyone help???

 

have you tried to clear the system cache? settings system storage hovor over HDD, hit Y, clear system cache , hit yes

ok try this:

Reset XBOX 360 All Installed Game Updates

Go to the "system" blade

Select "memory"

Press Y on the HD symbol

Press X,X, Left Bumper, Right Bumper, X,X

A message will appear saying: "Do you want to perform maintenance on your Xbox 360 storage devices?"

Select Yes

The solution you are looking for is to delete and re download your gamertag back onto your console.

Go to Settings>System>Storage>All Devices>Gamer Profiles>Select the gamertag you want to delete>Select "Delete Profile Only"

I can not stress enough that you pick to delete the profile only, if you pick the other option which is "Delete profile and items" that will delete both your profile and any achievements and saved games you have, so again, select delete profile only.

Once you have done that make sure that you are signed out of your profile and then hit the Guide button (the large silver X button) and click to download profile. Put in your email address and password for your account and your gamertag will start downloading.
It will ask you if you wanna save your password which you can if you want and after you do all that you shouldn't have any more issues being signed out of Xbox Live.

I know this method works because the same exact thing happened to me and this is what fixed it.
