Xbox login

So, I no longer have access to my original email that I setup to login into Xbox Live. I have tried to add my new email that I've had since Google offered email (original is Yahoo). When I tried to update the email login, it states that the email is
already used and won't left me update. This is kind of difficult since I use it has my primary email. Any help would be appreciated since Yahoo was no help in trying to access my account.

If you have an XB1 then you're already signed up. Your login information is the same info you use to login into Xbox Live.

I think I need to clarify. I'm trying to add my gmail as an alias so I can add it as primary. Trying to delete Yahoo as my primary login alias

 

You will need to got through the recovery steps on the page I linked first so that you can get into the account to add a new email address to it.
