Xbox login

I have a problem. When i turn on my xbox, i have to sign in, and i do. Xbox will show the little box at the bottom saying hi. I see my dashboard for all of thirty seconds before it logs out on it own. I tried my nieces account on the same console and it
has no issue; only i cant login to MY account.

Anyone know how to change the name it had given me?!

Might be worth checking out live.xbox.com and changing your profile there (there is name field but I am not sure if they are linked to the what you see when you login on Xbox One) or maybe there is a setting somewhere on account.xbox.com.

 

have you tried a power cycle. if that does not fix the issue u may need to try and reset console or reinstall profile.

Soif I read that right, you're[ having problems where you're getting disconnected from Xbox Live. It connects for like a little bit then signs you right back out.

That sounds super frustrating, and if I were you I'd try the troubleshooting steps outlined on the page entitled "My Xbox One is getting randomly
disconnected from Xbox Live" out.

Give those steps a try and let us know how that worked out on the issue.
