Xbox login with Microsoft link has a too short timeout

I setup my Xbox profile to have a sort of 2FA authentication.

From the last update, I cannot login to my Xbox profile due to a too short timeout.

Can you set the timeout back to the older value?

I need at least 10 minutes to log me in...

Keep in mind that to I have to:

1. Go to microsoft.com/link

2. Digit the code

3. Wait for the notification from the authenticatior app

4. Verify my identity in the authentication app

You can't change how long the prompt will display for. I think it displays for about 2 minutes before timing out. This is to ensure your account is kept secure in case hackers are trying to gain access to your account.

Are you not able to sign into your account using the Authenticator app?

When I sign in, and it prompts me for a code, it appears on my Authenticator app straight away so I can use it to sign in. I don't have to go through all the rigmarole you have to go through.

The Morrowind expansion for TESO just launched recently and there were a lot of people trying to access things at the same time. Are you still having issues or are you able to log in and play again?

well it doesn't take THAT long to get all the weapons I do believe they were down around the first quarter, Bc2 weapons sucked anyway, these weans how ever are GREAT! I just don't want someone on level 1 a couple of months from now starting off with everything

They have to sell the weapons as not everyone can get the same pre orders as others.

I almost agree with the weapon kits in a way. It was meant to help new players. As the game had been out for quite a while when the packs came out, I suppose that they thought that these packs would get more ppl to buy the game if they didnt have to spend
ages leveling up to get a decent setup to catch up with those who had the game since launch. I did buy the recon pack as sometimes I just wanted to spend a bit of time in the rear spotting and sniping but not so much that I wanted to spend the hours leveling
the class to get nice toys.
