Xbox login pop-up instantly closes when i try to log my account

Discus and support Xbox login pop-up instantly closes when i try to log my account in XBoX Accessibility to solve the problem; Hello. I have a major problem here, and i need to fix it as soon as possible. I'm trying to play Minecraft, and i need to log-in my Microsoft Account....     Hello.

    I have a major problem here, and i need to fix it as soon as possible.
    I'm trying to play Minecraft, and i need to log-in my Microsoft Account. But, as soon as i click the 'Microsoft Account' button, it appears an Xbox pop-up, grey window, and the logo of Xbox, then it closes instantly, and i didn't do anything.

    The same problem happens in the Xbox app too.
    I guess there is something wrong with my Xbox app, because, when i go to Settings, Accounts and Create a new Account, it works perfectly. Someone help me, i need to log my Xbox Account!

    [Win 10] Microsoft Solitaire Collection refuses to sign into XBL as of 29/08

    I'm having the same issue. When I open any other xbox game in Win 10 it logs me into my xbox account. But, with Solitaire, it opens the window for xbox and shows me logged in. I close that window to see the solitaire game behind it and it pops up another
    window that says "No microsoft account" and gives me a login button or "play as a guest" button. The login takes me back to the xbox window and the cycle repeats. If it is any clue, I check the "don't show this again" checkbox in the error window. It still
    always reappears.

    created a new account, but now it won't even let me switch to it. i press on the other account at the lock screen, some microsoft empty window pops up and closes instantly and then it goes back to my first account.

    I tried it out and unfortunately, even after a restart, it still hangs on Minecraft Launcher after I click the log in button in the XBox pop-up. I also noticed that the launcher doesn't close when I press X, it just closes the window and is stuck in the background. Only killing it with the Task Manager lets me restart it... something is in an endless loop with the login. Two games with the same bug? It must be something with the Windows / XBox login or services :|

    As I mentioned, Halo: Infinite worked, from Gamepass as well as when logging in from the Steam version.

    Thanks for the post but i think you misread the problem; i only have official mojang downloads of the launcher and the microsoft login screen doesn’t even pop up if i press microsoft login it load for a second and then a pop up appears in the corner. i can’t even attempt to log in. the account i was signed into i already removed to try to log back in so im at square one
