XBOX Login on PC is looping "Welcome back" prompt

Thanks Samy. I had a friend log into his account and we still encountered the same issue Thanks for trying though. I really don't know what to do now.

Okay. Skip this step and do what I said about the Xbox Companion app and Xbox this step below and try again.

Press the Windows Button then type Services.

Right-click over the Services App from the list of results.

Then select Run as Administrator

Scroll to the bottom and find the following services:

IP Helper

Xbox Live Auth Manager,

Xbox Live Game Save,

Xbox Live Networking Service,

Gaming Services.

Do this with each of the services listed above.

Right-click over the service and select Properties.

Find the Startup type section and make sure it’s set to Automatic.

If the service isn’t started, click Start to start the services.

Click Apply and OK to save changes.

Then try the game again

There is still a problem with the servers but I don't think that's the case anymore.
Can you tell me if this happens with other games or with another account?

I am able to play fallout new vegas without an issue, which is also from gamepass. However, I'm not sure if there's a difference between a single player and multiplayer game. This is the only multi-player xbox game I have on my PC. I'm also not sure how I would check another account. This is the only adult XBOX account I have.
