    I'm an iPhone user.

    I try to log in to Xbox to do MineCraft, but I keep getting an error. Try it on xbox.com

    So I logged in from xbox site and it works very well. Of course, also in the xbox app.

    When I log in to Minecraft after confirming that the login is very good, I get the same error as before. Why is that?

    I am a Korean, so even though I have done my nationality to the US, I can not. Please tell me how to fix it.

    Login or password is not valid.

    I'm not able to login, email or password is not valid. But from a PC works fine. Same account fails from Xbox. I can't download anything since it does not login. It is the login failing at this point. It is like it just will not accept my email and password.
    I know they are correct. Thanks for the reply

    Thanks for reply!! But sadly...

    I already tried those solution before, but it’s doesn’t work for me.

    I have been try to below ways to fix it, but all failed

    1. uninstall and install Minecraft again.

    2. Drop all Minecraft data from PS4, and login again...

    3. Clear all data and download again, still login failed.

    Any idea can help me login success to play Minecraft :-(

    How are you, mate?

    Please follow these steps.

    Restart Minecraft.

    Open the in-game settings.

    Here select your profile.

    Under that, go to the ‘Clear Account Sign in Data’.

    Select and confirm it.

    Restart the game again and sign in to your Microsoft account.

    Well, seems I've found a fix. Using a brand new PSN Account, the issue was resolved.

    Hopefully this is useful to others with the same problem.
