    Xbox Login errors/bugs 0×8007003B


    Considering how impossible it's made to contact support and their site suggests things like going to this reddit page... here I am. For the last couple days on every physical console there are login issues. No matter the account it always gives the error 0x8007003B. Sometimes it randomly works after forgetting networks and putting in the password again. But only for some accounts, others still won't login and once you restart or shut down the console the same issue occurs again. If you actually manage to login the problem is temporarily solved and you can swap to whatever network you want. So it's very clearly and obviously not a Network or Internet issue but rather an issue/bug on Microsofts side or a software bug. It does not matter which Console, Account or Wi-fi network is used the issue consistently occurs.

    It just shows 0%. DICE already confirmed that the 0% doesn't actually mean they have 0% health. It's just a bug. They could have, say, 50%, but it will show 0%.

    Sign out then sign back in on your xbox one. See if that helps. This fixed my issue. Auto login bug?

    I have tried logging into my account on another Xbox. This is the exact same model as the one that was bugging. Every other account works perfectly fine but as soon as I login to my main account, it bugs again?

    Why can't i buy sonic 3?

    If we login through the Microsoft account (not via Xbox store) we get the same error message as Ozymandiz, so we do have exactly the same problem.

    We are logged in to our account (gamertag) when we hit buy, that is the problem. We can't login as we are logged in!

    Buying Sonic CD seems to have caused the issue, with there being a glitch that thinks we're not logged in when we are. Do you know of any bugs caused when you buy 360 games on the Xbox One?
