Xbox logging me out after receiving com suspension

i have just received this status code 8007274c as well after watching netflix on my xbox and this has logged me out of xboxlive and can't log back in, i have run through the xbox live troubleshooting provided many times. none give me the answers i need.

Hey there, if you log in to enforcement.xbox.com it will have a section on current suspensions. In that section there will be more information about why you received a communication suspension, as well as when the suspension might be over.
