xbox log on locked but account sign in works on pc

We have two xbox one accounts. One logs onto the xbox fine and can use the profile/gamertag etc the other has been locked on the xbox one and we can't access the profile/gamertag. I can log onto both accounts on the pc but only one on the xbox. How can I
get access on the xbox again to this second account without loosing gamer info?

Can Not Sign Into Games on Windows 8

I purchased a PC Note with windows 8 on it. I was overjoyed to see that it had xbox games on it. This PC Note even takes USB Xbox controllers and it works on the laptop with no problem. Unfortunately, it's not allowing me to sign onto my Xbox games achievements
for. I downloaded PacMan Championship Edition DX onto my laptop and when I try to log in to my xbox account through this game it doesn't allow me to. My sign in for this laptop is my xbox live email. It logs into Xbox Games App but the games on here don't
allow me to log in at all. I need help.

Hello Khai,

If you are trying to share the game through the same account then yes it will log the other PC off when signing into the second one. The only way this may work as you are intending is make an account for other family members, have them log in on that on
one PC. You log in on your account on the other PC. This may not work as you cant designate a PC as home.

log into his name on pc, go to the store, sign out of the store and sign in with your credentials, then go to download forza again, it will instantly complete, then sign out of the store and log off the account, log back in and boom you can both play the
game

I know this works as i do this myself for my kids across 3 pc's.

yes, if you sign into your account on an Xbox One and redeem that key you will be able to sign into your account on PC and install FH4.

just make sure that you are on your account and not your friend's when you redeem the code.

for security it is recommended that you disable auto log in on your account on any Xbox that isn't your own and to lock it down in the security settings so that it requires a password or passkey.

Your Xbox account is linked to your Microsoft account. If you want to chat with your friends, you will need to log-in to the PC with the same Microsoft account. Changing the email address will not work and Xbox details cannot be transferred to another Microsoft
account.

Can you not just sign in to the new PC with your existing Microsoft account?
