    When will Microsoft fix this? It's been going on too long now. My daughter is unable to log into her account be sugar of this closed loop bug.

    problem with a child account

    New Xbox 360, I can log in, my son can't. Getting Message saying he has to log in, then I must log in but it only goes in a forever loop with nothing solved. What's going on MS????????????

    Adding my child's xbox 360 account to xbox one -- wanted me to sign in as my adult account (this one) I did. I paid the 50 cents and it still keeps repeating same process.

    I was having this problem and finally fixed it myself. I logged on to the parent account and updated all my personal profile information. Once done I logged off my computer. No problems with the loop on the xbox after that. I think it just needed my info
    updated for proof of age and residence. Hope this helps someone else get out of xbox's loop of hell.

    BTW I spent over 10 dollars in .5o cent charges. Has anyone been refunded for that yet.

    Xbox 360 keeps saying ERROR a required storage device has been removed. Your console will now restart.

    This alone didn't work for me, out of curiosity I logged out of my account and now it works just fine. I may not have fixed the problem but I found a loop hole
