Xbox Locks Up on Home Screen While Installing Games

I've been having this problem for a while. Every time I'm installing a game, my Xbox will lock up whenever I go to the home screen. I know the way to fix it is to do a hard power down, but this is a recurring problem that I'd like to stop happening altogether.
It makes it impossible to do things while a game is downloading and/or installing.

I've also had problems where install progress ends up freezing at a certain percentage and, after a hard reset, jumps up to the actual percentage. I will have a few things in my queue waiting to be downloaded, after a hard reset, everything is already downloaded
and ready to go. I don't want to have to keep hard resetting my Xbox every time I want to do anything.

Xbox One Won't start Up

Unplugged the plug from the back of the battery pack left it over for a while plugged it back in and all is working fine so far, no long waits on the green screen home screen didnt lock up, hope it stays working

 

iPod touch 5 Notification Center help

It will let swip up on the home screen to look at my notifications but it will on the lock screen PLEASE HELP ME IDK WHAT TO DO

 

Can someone please help me with this? My Xbox is still under warranty, should I try to replace it?

Sorry you're having issues with your Xbox locking up. Do these happen during digital games, or physical disc games?

If digital try clearing your alternate MAC address. To do this go to your Xbox settings then network then advanced settings then alternate mac address CLEAR ....this will restart your xbox one.

If these are physical discs try removing and adding your profile. Follow the link below to remove your profile. To add it back, go to the top left where you sign in, then click add and follow the steps.
