    Xbox locked up after update started


    can anyone help with this? I tutned on my XBox one to for the kids and an update was needed. I started the update and walked away, checking from time to time, and After 6 hours nothing was hapening. My xbox is frozen... i waited for overnight and nothing.
    I haited to but after checking help I power cycled it down. Now nothing! It is telling me that the feed is not getting to the TV. I tried a new HDMI, New port, and. Difrent TV... same thing... I got ahold of tech sipport thinking I would get some help but
    noooo! She said it was a hardware issue!!! I dont believe that at all! It worked fine upto The time I had do thier update... I was told not to buy this (just a year ago) but did not listen...

    If anyone has any Ideas please help...

    I think there is a problem caused by the latest update, because my Xbox was working great, and after the update it started freezing and locking up on games. Now I have the red ring!

    I'm on a Slim and I'm having this lock up/black screen problem - happens every time after trying to resume my campaign and only started happening after installing the Karkand update. NO game has ever locked up on me before. Really disappointed - I don't
    have time to be trying to hunt down solutions.

    Xbox is unresponsive sometimes when using instant-on.

    I enabled Instant On again after the February update. It worked for about 5 boots and then the console started locking up on startup. I won't disable it just yet and see if it happens again.
