xbox locked out with error code

Discus and support xbox locked out with error code in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; went to use my xbox one got error code 0x800401fb and cannot access anything on my console , code does not appear in error code list please help...     What gives? i'm blocked from adding a 12 month membership code

    Says your xbox live billing account has been locked from making purchases. Call xbox support so we can help get this straightened out error code 80153021 or another time says there's a problem with the service error code 80182300 ...grrr !!

    are you getting an error code with this? it could either be a locked out account or a billing problem.

    xbox locked out with error code

    I was having same problem and then I followed “Power Recycle” manual from the Xbox support page and it worked normal in minutes. I physically helled down the Xbox button for 10 seconds on the console while turning off and then turned back on.

    Me too. Locked out of doing anything but turn the xbox on. Everything else gives a 'Something went wrong' message and the tip to come to xbox and enter the error code 0xd0000189.
