Xbox location incorrect

First up, this is a fairly tricky and highly unusual issue so I fully expect no-one will be able to help me with this but try as I might I could not find a channel to actually get in touch with an actual Microsoft technical support rep - I swear to Cthulhu
they've deliberately made this process as difficult as possible....

Anyhoo - I have a disconnect on my IP address between it's flagged geolocation and my actual location because the Australian National Broadband Network (NBN), in it's infinite incompetence has purchased a series of overseas IP addresses (in this case New
Zealand) and provided them to Australian customers prior to them being fully ported to Australia.

In short, my Xbox thinks it's in NZ but all my accounts are listed as Australian so am getting a series of conflicts etc. The NBN has confirmed they have now flagged the IPs as Australian and it is now up to the various providers i.e. Microsoft, to update
their IP database. So I need the ability to talk to the big M and get this escalated to somebody who can actually do something.

Related note, it's also affecting my ability to complete and track the various Microsoft Rewards quests/daily sets etc. Currently having to use work VPN as a workaround.

Anyone have a helpful contact/link?? Anything??

Subscriptions and "I don't recognize a charge" usually works for me.

singapore.. the tuner is correct because it supports dvb-t2.. the problem is the postal code is incorrect.. my xbox is set to singapore location..

Its possible that the settings are incorrect for your location and this is causing the currency to show incorrectly.

I understand you need help in getting your data back from the device.

Just a heads up that this only happens when you are trying to play the game with separate data and once you choose the cloud option, that will override what you had on your device. Unfortunately, that cannot be reverted because it has already overwritten the data you have on your device once you choose the option to load the data from cloud.

Sorry to inform you but Xbox Live is not support in your region. No matter where your card is located its not support there yet. Having the incorrect physical location and region will not help you access Live due to this restriction. Best thing to do is
wait till live is available in your region.
