Xbox loads everything slow and can't connect to internet

Every once in a short while my xbox will randomly disconnect me from my internet for a day or two unless I am playing something. If I went to the menu and waited about 5 seconds I would get booted from live (Frustrating.) Now the problems have gotten worse...
When I start the console I won't be connected, sometimes I will be able to connect but EVERYTHING will load slow. If I try to dashboard I will get an error saying I can't connect blah blah blah and 8015190B. I was told that error meant my profile wasn't downloaded
correctly but you think after several attempts the console could get it right.... guess not. IF the game did load, it would be a vomit inducing lag filled hell hole. It's not my internet, everything else in my household stays connected fine, especially my
ps3 (Much Better.) I've cleared the cache in did all that fun stuff and nothing. I've unplugged my router and, 30 seconds later, plugged it back in. That delayed it for about 5 hours and then stopped helping altogether. I have a Halo 4 edition slim 320g and
about half left... If you can't help me with that, at least tell me how a console made for gaming cant stay connected (and yes i'm absolutely livid)

Was fine last week, not SUPER slow

Last week my XBOX Live was running flawlessly.

This week, when I booted it up for the update, well, the update took awhile. Then when all was said and done, my XBOX Live service is running slow. It takes awhile for everything to load up... that is, IF it loads up. I've also been having alot of disconnects
as well as being unable to connect to the service at all!

Everything was fine for a year, and now suddenly, my XBOX can't properly connect to live. What gives?!

 

Problems with internet through xbox one

Is anyone else experiencing problems connecting to internet explorer? I was trying to connect to youtube and check out a few of you guys's videos, but for some reason it fails to launch. Xbox live is working fine, and everything else seems to work alright except the internet access. It just sits and loads forever.

 

Started happening to me 3 days ago also. I've tried everything that google has come up with and nothing. Actually If I remember correctly it started happening the same day I updated Minecraft to see if there was anything new. When the update finished it
kept giving me an error and had to delete the update and download it again and it work.

Since then every time I turn it on it takes about 5 min. (no lie, I actually timed it) to sign in and 50% of the time I get the XBL not available error.
