Xbox load problems

So when I turn on my Xbox one it takes forever to load in. And it doesn’t really anyways. The Home Screen is just a solid black/grey screen. I can hit the guide button and chose options from there but when I hit a game or app I get an error message stating it took too long to load. I’ve hit the restart Xbox option and I’ve done the hard reset so many times and nothing is changing. I don’t have money to go buy a new Xbox so I’m hoping someone can help me? Thanks.

If it can stay lit, I think if it's possible, you should try it. If the USB file is known then you could change it. You understand me?

I can now understand the problem, if the error is with the 4GB internal disk I think it is impossible to recover the data without having access to the console since if it has a corrupt file it could tell you that it is impossible to access the data on the hard drive.
