Xbox Live's EVOLVE Alpha code

Thank you so much for those specific errors! I am very sorry to see that you are running into this, and the more information, the better. Once I do have more information, I will post back for you all!

Hey guys. I don't know if you saw this, but 2K sent out a tweet to send your code to an email if it isn't working for you and they'll get you taken care of. The email is: *** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. ***

^Here is a link to the tweet:

Yes its legit. BUT I've done it and I've been waiting all day for customer support to respond. I haven't gotten a response yet :/

Okay, so I got a new code from 2K, but the new code isn't working either

How did you get them to give you a new code

wow this still hasnt been sorted out? come on microsoft this is ridiculous its only a 3 day alpha

Um have the same issue says code could not be found um in the US

The conclusion I came to with this issue was that people are trying to redeem the code with an a account that has shared membership you must redeem the code on a profile that actually has xbox live

hi im from the uk ive tried to redeem it from the message i was sent the xbox website and the store doesnt work says something went wrong spoke to xbox and they say its active dont no whats up

Hey, everyone! To be able to redeem this code, you will need to have Xbox Live Gold. If you have full Gold on your account and you are still unable to redeem this code, please create a new thread for us so that we can help you out individually.

I have extra code if anyone needs one pm me

I redeemed my code on xbox.com and it said "you now own evolve" but it's not in my games & apps and I don't know how to prompt the install on my xbox one. Why isn't there a download list on xbox one? Also, I tried entering the code again and it said it
was already used. Duh. Because I "own" it. But why can't I download it?

I got the message to try again later or, contact the one who gave the.......

Do we need to be contacting someone else or, is it being resolved here?

Thanks!

Hi, I am having the same error (unable to find code). Any fixes?
