Xbox Live's EVOLVE Alpha code

I received a message as followed

"As an Xbox One Preview Member, you're invited to be one of the first to play Evolve, the award-winning 4v1 shooter from the creators of Left 4 Dead, Big Alpha begins October 30th, pre-dowload now!"

following that is a code, it gives an option to redeem the code in the message so I go ahead and it says "We couldn't find your code", I tried entering the code manually via the xbox store, and ended up contacting support via live chat, tried multiple ways
to enter codes with no success and the same message displayed. The support member told me the code I had was valid yet I couldn't redeem it. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The Evolve Alpha code requires a Xbox Live Gold membership, without a Gold Membership you will be unable to use the Evolve Alpha code. If you already have a Gold Membership and are unable to use the code please let us know. Thanks!

 

Evolve Big Alpha question

Hey, so I pre-ordered Evolve for Xbox One and I got the alpha code today, but haven't opened my Xbox yet. So I entered the code on the website and it said I now have the Evolve alpha, but I'm not sure if I will actually get it when the alpha comes out. Do

That must be incorrect, I have yet to try and redeem it since the issue and have just tried re-entering the code again and still have the same message displayed, is there anything that can be done? It is not appearing in my games and apps as installed or
ready to install

 

I tried everything nothing is working it just say couldent find code

 

im in the US, and tried both the redeem code option in the message as well as entering it manually, and i havent tried it on the website jsut on my console

Ive tryed all the way to redeem it.They all say they couldn't find the code. I even called xbox they told me the code is active just dont know why it wasnt working help lol

Same issue here, with two different codes. Have tried to redeem on both the Xbox and on Xbox.com, no luck. Getting same error as everyone else "We couldn't find your code, try again in awhile, or contact the code provider for more info." I am also getting
this bit of code at the bottom of the code enter screen when trying to redeem it
