    I purchased two xbox live 12 month cards once i redeemed the cards the 12 month live was converted into 4 month each of Ultimate game pass. My xbox live among many other issues that needs some sorting out by xbox, my question is since my live gold expired
    on 9/10/2020 so why was my live converted to ultimate game pass automatically? Will i need to spend another $120.00 for my two year gold account. And finally why is it that there has been no one to contact for any issues relating to live or gaming????
