    I am very saddened about the level of customer service that is offered now. I have tried to contact customer support since 9/9/2018 and today is now the 15th, to no avail. I looked for a contact number and only found chat support available. When trying
    to get on that chat support to talk to an agent I have LITERALLY waited for 4 hours, each day by the way, and watched the waiting number go from 0 waiting in line to up to 29. I have tried to connect to a real person and that has yet to happen. I am sorry
    to see that the customer service that was supposed to be the main goal has gone completely out of the window. I was trying to discuss an issue with my account and since this has been a week long venture, again to no avail I now have the overwhelming urge to
    stop providing you my business. I was originally wanting to purchase an Xbox One, but after this disaster of a customer experience I am leaning towards rethinking that decision. I used to be an Xbox Agent and since this is the customer support you now provide,
    I feel the need to go in an different direction.

    I've called that number and it just provides a link to
    www.xbox.com/help
    . Then it asks if you want them to send the link to your smart phone or you can say no and when you say no it just repeats the link and then hangs up. I'm very dissatisfied with Xbox.

    I'm sorry for your experience with the support yet I would suggest you to try again during a work day to solve this issue as I'm sure the online agents are doing their best

    You have to call during business hours

    If you arent getying thenlocal number then are you are evdn in a xbox supported rrgion you do know you can call them directly right

    You have to call during business hours

    If you arent getying thenlocal number then are you are evdn in a xbox supported rrgion you do know you can call them directly right

    I am in a supported region. I live in Oregon. I used to work for them as customer support. I AM in a supported region AND have called during normal business hours unless they have changed their hours and are not open at 2PM PST. I always get the automated
    response with that link I posted.

    There is a new system, which allows customers to request callbacks through our support site.

    If accessing the Xbox Contact Us Page you will find a wizard that will assist in getting an agent to call you on your time.

    If this is not preferred, we are of great assistance here on the forums site.

    I have also tried that avenue multiple times on a weekday, during normal business hours and that didn't work either. I waited for over 2 hours and nobody contacted me, WHILE waiting to get an agent through the chat option. None of the options provided
    do anything and its very disappointing to say the least. I have lost all faith in Xbox and at one point in time I was an avid supporter and proud to have been part of the Xbox family during my employment in the customer support roll a few years ago. But it
    has definitely gone down hill and can no longer support this kind of "customer support". Thank you all for your time but I bow out.
