    i am trying to ad a 3 month xbox live code witch says worldwide bought from cdkeys and keep getting a message saying u have a subscripion in a diffrent region and that i need to change reion witch i have and followed all the steps i need to change stuff
    but still getting same message anyone out there can help me please thanks

    Hi! In this case it might be best to contact the retailer (cdkeys) in order to find out for which region your code is. If you tried to redeem the code on your Xbox One, you can also try to use the app for mobile or Windows 10 instead which might work or
