I’m looking to renew my xbox live gold for another year, and it shows me a deal for 33% off of 1 year($46.66). I press renew gold now and it takes me to the store. I find 1 year and it would cost me $69.99. It’s just like grocery stores, if the wrong price
is listed and the product is more expensive, you get the lower price. Please let me get the deal. Thanks

I'm not familiar with the particular deal you're speaking of, but make sure to read over the qualifiers, as sometimes those promotions are for first-time sign ups and might not be eligible for renewals. Do you have a link to the particular promotion you're
talking about?

That definitely looks like a legit 33% off offer! Did you read the Terms & Conditions tab as well? If so, and there's nothing in there excluding you from the promotion, I'd try calling Xbox Support through Contact Us | Xbox Support
and hopefully they can resolve the issue for you.
