minecraft windows10でのマルチプレイが唐突にできなくなりました。

XBOXのネットワーク状況を確認した所「xboxサービス」の欄に

「いくつかのサービスで問題が発生しています　購入とコンテンツ使用量」

と表示されています。マルチができなくなった日から表記されています。　　　　　

以前までは正常に作動と表記されていました。

マルチと言ってもこれは体験版です。

私が相手のサーバーに入れるわけではなく相手方からの入出しかできません。

相手にワールドが表記されなくなったみたいです。

NATタイプはオープンで特に異常は見当たらなくXBOX　LIVEサービスぐらいです。

制限またはブロックされているのでしょうか？

Games with Gold対象のゲームを受け取れない

Games with Goldの対象となっているXbox 360ゲー を、ブラウザ上でもXbox One X上でも受け取ることが出来ません。

「お使いのアカウントでは、Xbox.com でこの購入をすることはできません。Xbox で決済をしてく さい。」と表示されてしまいます。

どうすればよいでしょうか。
