    I've been subscribed to Xbox live for 10 years and the 10 year mark used to be on my profile with a circle around it. Once my 1 year subscription ended, the 10 year mark disappeared. I then renewed to a 1 year Xbox live subscription, and nothing is still
    showing. An Xbox live support member directed me to this forum because apparently no one could fix it and it is an " Unknown issue". Someone please help, thank you.

    Xbox Live in years on Account profile

    Hi team Xbox,

    My account profile on Xbox Live shows 3 for the number of years I'm a Xbox Live member. But I'm on Xbox for much longer, e.g. on my Xbox Live Reward - MyRewards page it shows 10 years of Xbox Live.

    Why is my Xbox profile only showing a 3 in the circle?

    9 Year Xbox Live Gold Status Question

    Hello

    The Tenure shown on your profile shows the total amount of years you've been a gold member. If you run out of XBL Gold it will not actually reset just be put on "hold", once you subscribe again it will continue counting where it left off.

    If you however encounter any issues regarding your Xbox Live gold not being detected by the system after having your subscription extended, please contact Xbox Live Support by phone

    Atherton, I see that there was a miscommunication from my last post.. So let me try and clarify this a little better for you.. Ok if you started Xbox Live "GOLD" in November 2010, then one year from your start date which would be (November 2011) you will
    obtain a "1" on your profile for being with Xbox Live for that entire year and this process goes on each year.. So during your first year of service with Xbox Live you will not have a number listed on your profile until that "1" year mark is indeed reached.
    Then at which time a "1" will be show cased on your profile showing that you have been with Xbox Live for a year and so on. I hope this clears it up a little more for you.

    When I view your profile it shows that you are a gold subscriber. It sounds like you may have a child account which does not have Xbox Live privileges.

    Yes it is true some people got rewards for being Xbox live subscribers since the beginning. When I say some it was only a randomly chosen select few kind of thing. You also had to be a gold subscriber for the total of the 10 years to be eligible. Some got
    special limited anniversary Xbox 360's and some only got an avatar helmet. You are kinda late to the party the promotion and celebration was last year.

    Hi TheJackah!

    For the years I've been with Microsoft Rewards (back when it was still called Xbox Rewards), I've always had an active Xbox Live Subscription. Never I was given points by being subscribed. So I'm guessing, it's a no?

    edit: I remember there were "punch cards" which had cards for Purchasing Gold, and Purchasing Specific titles. But outside of that, I have never received points just for being subscribed.
