Xbox Live Year Number Is Wrong

Hey guys!

So my live account has been active since 2008. Although when I log in and look at my profile, or any friends look at my profile it only shows '2'. Should be 6-7?

Hey Lee, sorry to hear about the account issue! To be sure, have you tried re-downloading your profile since this issue began? If not, please give that a try now!

This is a known problem and is being investigated.

 

it might be messed up due to microsoft update you will have to ask them xbox support chat

 

I did bro, They sent me her saying here was the only place they can change it over.. I was pretty confused but.. If there's any help let me know!

 

There is no one anywhere on these Forums that can do anything with your Account or Profile. Support sending you here was incorrect.

A suggestion though, the Tenure (the number on a Profile for Xbox LIVE Gold) is exactly that. It only is counted during the time a Profile is Gold. If you let the Account become a Silver (free) Profile, it stops counting but will resume at the same point once
Gold again.

 

Actually Lost your wrong This person could recieve help from Miss Ermine and her team in the support section. They are simply in the wrkng section.

But i guarantee the tenure on the OPs profile is correct.

The tenure is no longer the number of years you have been on xbox live. The tenure number now corresponds to the number of accumulative years the profile has been Gold.

My account active and gold since 2008 and it displays a 6.

OPs profile avtive since 2008 gold for only 2 of those years.

 

I did not specify which Forum. This Forums specifically is for the most part Users Post only.

As far as it counting an Xbox LIVE Profile be it Gold or Silver. It never has done that, it has always been Gold Tenure only.
