    Xbox Live, Xbox Store, won't connect


    Hey, I also had a similar issue, with not connecting to XBL.

    What worked for me was, I deleted my profile off of the Xbox, then I connected to a different wireless network (used my phone as a hotspot). Then when connected to the "new" network I signed in to my account and it pulled in all my info and was able to connect.
    Once it had pulled all my account info, I switched back to my original wifi connection and has been working fine since.

    Hey guys,

    I had this problem for the past 2 days and the fix that CrystalCrissy87 posted worked for me.

    Of course it sucks that the progress of the past 2 days is lost but oh well

    Microsoft needs to be a little bit more consistent with their accounts and networking Xbox Live, Xbox Store, won't connect :p

    Same, I have internet and everything but the connect to Xbox Live button won't work even though when I test connection everything's fine.

    Won't save my games, can't check store and can't even log into amazon etc either. Really annoying! How'd you fix it, dude?
