Xbox Live, Xbox Store, won't connect

The problem(s): Access Store: Msg: Content isn't available; code 0x876c0001

Access achievements: Msg: Please check back in a while You haven't lost any achievement..we just can't show them right now code 0x87c47400

Access Games: Msg: We couldn't get your latest saved data, try again or use app off-line

Access Youtube: Msg: Please sign on with a valid Live account

I have Xbox Live Gold and am paid up.

My network connection shows OPEN and multi-player gaming test is good.

My Xbox Internet Browser will surf the Web in off-line mode.

My Smartglass Account in Win7 can access my Xbox and get data off it like achievements and shop for games

The problem is 5 days old. I have reset my xbox multiple times. I have reset my wireless router. I have erased and re-entered my xbox wireless connection.

I have done all the networking tests on the test screen and gotten successful results.

Please assist, and suggest something other than hard reboot, thank you in advance -

Xbox store won't let me make purchases won't connect to the store. Did a detailed network test and it says all good but still won't work. Xbox can't even do a factory reset bc of "Connection"

Go into settings and delete all the profiles , then hard reset the Xbox and the modem and router , when it all comes back up , re add your profile...

 

Having the exact same problem....any suggestions?

Im signed in but offline, store won't load+can only play games offline.

Does that work? Not in the mood atm to put hard work in it cos everything worked fine until today..didnt change anything, shut down the console properly. Wanted to know the reason first, why this happens before i start deleting profiles..

 

No one can answer that 100%. Hard work = deleting profile, Really!?! Maybe it will work maybe it won't but until you have done some troubleshooting there is no way to know. Maybe you should wait until you are in a better mood. I am going to do just that.

I just didnt want to delete my profile because i was unable to manage my microsoft account via xbox.com. it just gave me an error message. If i delete my profile and cant get it back, that would be a *** weekend for me so id rather play offline instead
of not playing at all.

No offense, i just wanted to know what is going on. You never know if its the servers or other issues with xbl. Its just weird..

 

What i just dont get,...im connected, all services working fine but when i open the youtube app it says: to use youtube, please sign in to account with xbl membership.

Im gonna try deleting that profile, if that wont work....happy weekend :/ ehm gaming

 

Well, sorry forum, but my xbox live is working again, and I didn't fix it. So 4 day outage, no explanation. I almost think someone saw my post and reached in and fixed my Box.

 

I have been having this problem for almost two weeks not I am seriously considering just boxing up my x box and sending it back for my money. I know we HAVE to rely on the internet but when basic internet programs don't work it is like your company is forcing
us into the hands of other systems. Not on;y can't I access my profile or achievements but now apps like Netflix stopped working my system as well.

It is all working on my PC, so it is not my internet I am looking at my profile and my Achievements right now and just checked I am streaming my Netflix through my computer as well. So it is all working and internet just not the system.

 

This is happening to me too, it says my connection is good, all services available, but my friends list is still showing stuff from two days ago, I can't get saves, access the store and it still says connect to xbl on the side

Hi Guys!

The Fix for this would be to delete your profile and re download it.

Settings> Account> Sign-in, Security and passkey> Remove me from this xbox, then go to add and manage and sign your profile back in with email and password.
