Xbox Live/Xbox One Reputation

I have an issue regarding my xbox live reputation. I have a low reputation on Xbox Live for Xbox One due to my little 12 yr old brother betraying on Halo Master chief collection and now I can't find any games to bring back my rep up and find
this algorithm flawed. I was unaware of these consequences until the day I tried playing Halo and couldnt find a game at all then researched *** the reputation system works and find it flawed as seeing the only way to regain my rep is to play more online
games with other people.. i turn my xbox one on for two hours almost everyday and CANNOT find just ONE. ONE single game to raise my reputation up and feel like I have been scammed out of my own right to play something I paid for. so did my one years subscription
and halo and CODAW games and xbox one system all go to waste?? This "beneficial" algorithm is flawed and am in a struggle to raise it up and I have tried everything that I can but ultimately can''t find a solution. I have contacted a live chat support as
well and even they just lead me here to the forums with no help and left me highly displeased with Microsofts service and regulations. I just don't know what to do anymore. I want to be able to play and get my rep back in place in time for the halo 5 beta
and for future games to come.

Why i have avoid me?

Why i have bad reputation? i don't send offensive message, i don use offensive chat, but i have on xbox live (xbox one) a bad reputation (avoid me), how i can have a good reputation now?

Account sharing is your first mistake, it violates the code of conduct.

It doesn`t cost any more for your brother to have his own gold account on your xbox one console.

Playing with friends will raise your rep back up, as will time away from playing online altogether.

There are probably many groups or clans full of people with "avoid me" reps, google it.

Repeat, it would not cost anything for a second gold account on your xbox one.

Once you have one gold subscription all other accounts get free gold.

A change in an account’s reputation score is not considered an enforcement action and is not indicative of a suspension; it’s possible to have a low reputation score without violating the Microsoft Services Agreement or Code of Conduct. Instead, reputation
reflects how the Xbox Live community views a player’s behavior over time. The reputation system emphasizes a player’s sportsmanship and overall attitude and is intended to help ensure a level playing field for all Xbox Live members.

You have a problem because your reputation is very bad 0 star !

This is one of the reason you can meet hackers. The Xbox live system use the reputation for play on live, when you have a bad reputation, you play with other players with bad reputation.

For report hacker you have do it via your console.
