Xbox live works on the xbox one but not activated on xbox 360, help.

I bought a 12m gold membership on the 13/04/15 and put the code on my xbox one and it works fine but as soon as i went on the xbox 360 nothing just silver membership. I tried redownloading the account and restarting the xbox though holding the xbox power
button for 10 seconds but still nothing. Last resort is to call xbox support but they are shut at the moment, is there anything i can do before calling them. Many thanks a annoyed gamer.

Xbox live not ok on Xbox One (maybe because account aready used on Xbox 360)

Hi !

Today I activated a xbox live gold code on my new xbox one. The problem is that it didn't work ... I can't connect on xbox live on the two games I tested : Call of duty ww2 and Trackmania. I already tried to disconnect my account, reset the Xbox One and
reconnect but it was not working ...

The account I used is a Microsoft Outlook.com already used on Xbox 360

Someone could help me ?

NEED HELP

MY XBOX ONE HAS XBOX LIVE BUT MY 360 DOES NOT. My account appears silver on 360 but xbox one works fine...HELP

Sorry to hear it. Currently though the gamertag you're posting with shows only as Silver.

As the Xbox One shares Gold memberships with other family members I would recommend checking other gamertags on that console to see if the membership was accidentally placed on it. This would usually be the account that has the console set as the Home console
and other tags set to its family.

You can check when a membership was added to an account at commerce.microsoft.com.

Other than that you would need to contact phone support for further assistance.

I do have an active game pass subscription, and xbox live works on all Xbox one games I have (And used to work on all my xbox 360 games).

No Xbox Live on 360 is still active. When I set up my Xbox One X, I tried Fallout 3. Worked perfectly. It’s something else.

Yeap, it works! Though you can play Xbox 360 games in Xbox one with your Live Gold even if you dont have an active subscription in Xbox 360.

With Xbox 360 titles you will own the games in perpetuity regardless of if your Xbox Live Gold subscription is active or not.

With Xbox One titles you will be able to play the game as long as your Xbox Live Gold subscription is active.
