Xbox live working after expiration

Hi, my xbox live ended late december 2016 however even after i switched off auto renew my live is still active. Am i still being charged?

Can't download Castlestorm with Live Gold

I have actual paid subsciptions, expiration 13/01/2016. Xbox one gold games is working, just 360 game not working.

Xbox live Gold not able to renew.

My credit card recently changed it's expiration date and my xbox live gold is not working now because of it. When I try to purchase a 12 month subscription it says that I am only allowed 1 of those on my account. Help please.

My Xbox live ( 3 month ) was due to expire on 11/14/12, but is not working today!

Hey Raygun, under that heading of Xbox LIVE in your image it appears that you're listed as a free member.

For clarification, you will remain as an Xbox LIVE member after your Gold subscription expires.

My Xbox live just expired, I've had it since 2006, anyways it displayed 6 and after redeeming a 3 month of Xbox live it dropped to 5 when it should have been 7.

We have not received rewards for renewing Xbox Live gold since July 2014. The staff will take a look to see about prior to that, but remember promotional credit expires if unused after 1 year so if it wasn't used without you realizing it then it is well
past expired at this point.

The staff will respond withing 1-2 business days. They work Monday - Friday from 9am to 5pm PST.
