    Xbox Live won'the let me renew.


    I tried to join a party when xbox prompted me to buy more live, which was weird since I was on earlier that day. Eventually after trying to reset a bunch of times I cave and try to just buy another year of live. Can't do it.says that I'm not allowed more
    than one. Couple more resets later and still no changes. Anyone else having a problem like this or am I just special in a bad way?

    Btw the error code it gave me was PBR40441.

    Xbox live not working

    I turned off auto renew for Xbox live and it's ment to expire 7/14/2018, but it won't let me play any games because I have to apparently renew Xbox live

    That code you are receiving is appearing due to an attempt at purchasing a limited promotion. Take a look at this

    support page    . I would sign into account.microsoft.com and review your subscriptions as you are appearing as a Gold account here on the forums.

    Have you tried deleting and recovering your account?

    I just tried deleting and recovering my account but there were no changes. Xbox live immediately prompted me to renew gold.

    Me too I renewed it 2 months ago and it will not let me play online and I even put in a Xbox live trial code and said ' you already have an Xbox live gold membership' and still would not let me play online???
