    I bought Xbox LIVE for 12 months about an hour ago and it says i don't have a gold membership. There's no problem with my internet connection; and it was already charged on my card. help pls

    Xbox Live is down ATM. Wait until everything is back up and all should be normal.

    Hello, on the same note, I had downloaded CoD Advanced Warfare off of XBOX live for my 360 a couple hours ago. It downloaded, but now it will not let me play the game. Could the fact that xbox live is out also be the reason my game will not play?

    Hello Dr Bubbies!

    Due to the servers being down, the game probably didn't download right. You can fix this by re-downloading when the servers are back online.

    Europe isn't an region its a continent

    Xbox live goes by country not continents so having a random country gift cards won't work

    It has to be from your actual region

    Now if you don't live in an Xbox live region it won't work
