Xbox live won't work on 360, but does on the One

Ok. So as of yesterday (Tuesday September 8th, 2015) I have been unable to connect to Xbox live on my 360. It gives me the "809...e" error code (sorry for not remembering the whole thing) every time I try to sign in on any profile. Whenever I test my
connection, it connects to my network but fails to connect to xbox live before I sign in. This is the problem because on my Xbox One it connects just fine every time. I have turned off my 360, unplugged it and let it sit, unplugged my router and restarted
it, even having gone so far as to do both simultaneously. I went to my neighbors house as he was kind enough to let me test out his internet and it worked just fine. This has become terribly frustrating. Please Help, thank you.

NEED HELP

MY XBOX ONE HAS XBOX LIVE BUT MY 360 DOES NOT. My account appears silver on 360 but xbox one works fine...HELP

One thing I REALLY hope works when the Xbox One launches...

You won't need to keep retrieving your account, the Xbox One will work the same way as the Xbox 360 does it. You should only need to download your profile once, no matter what console you are on.

The only thing you won't be able to do is play on Xbox One and the Xbox 360 with the same Gamertag at the same time. This same limitation is also present on Games for Windows LIVE on PC.

Thank you but I talked to customer service for awhile. The console is broken and needs to be repaired/replaced

Hardware wise, it can't be done to link an xbox one to the 360. However, if the game you want to play is backwards compatible, it could link up to the 360 game in the 360 through Xbox live. Offline and without Xbox live, it won't work.

Hello there. Does your Xbox 360 have a Official Xbox 360 Hard Drive? If not they won't work.

[/quote] No it won't. You need a USB to connect it to your computer and the Xbox one Kinect does not have that. Plus the system requirements say Xbox 360 Kinect or Microsoft Kinect for windows.

Not sure where you've seen that, the site does mention it will be compatible with all Xbox One accessories. It should work the same as any of the Ones, meaning it won't be backwards compatible with 360 accessories.
