  1. Xbox Live won't redownload

I tried to sign into my account on my 360. My password wouldn't work so I changed it, still didn't work (I reset my password several times). So I deleted my profile, cleared the cache and tried to redownload it. It still won't accept my password. Keeps
saying its wrong, but I can sign in off my 360 just fine. I don't know what else could be wrong.

    Xbox Live won't redownload

I've tired everything except moving onto a usb because my profile was already deleted off of my system and I can't get it back on. There is nothing wrong with my password. I can use it just fine on xbox.com and it works with all of my other Microsoft stuff.
And there doesn't seem to be anything wrong with the system either.

My husband had no problem redownloading his profile. He lost access to xbox live when we did the update. I lost complete access to my profile on the 360. I've already removed the download, but I had to redownload it because without it I couldn't even attempt
    to redownload my profile.

Whatever the issue is, it specifically has to do with my profile and I don't know why. Like I said, no issue with my account anywhere else. Only on the xbox 360. If I can't access my profile on this system, I'll be pretty upset as I have made quite a few
purchases through the store that I will no longer have access to.

Hiya, I don't know if it will help or if you have tried all the solutions but see if any of the below (taken from xbox support) work:

    Solutions

Solution 1: Restart your Xbox 360 console

Turning off your Xbox 360 console and then restarting it may clear up the problem.

Solution 2: Verify the password for your Microsoft account

Verify that the password you entered is correct. If you forgot your password or can’t sign in with your password, reset your password.

Solution 3: Try to sign in at Xbox.com

    Here's how:

    1. Tap or click Sign In at the top of any xbox.com page, such as this one.
    2. Type the username and password for your Microsoft account, and then click Sign In.
    3. If you can sign in on Xbox.com, try to sign in on your Xbox 360 console again.
Solution 4: Update the security information for your Microsoft account

Verify and, if necessary, add security information to your Microsoft account. For example, add a new email address or phone number.

For information about how to manage the security information for your Microsoft account, see Microsoft account security information
    overview
    .

After you verify and update the security information for your Microsoft account, sign in to Xbox Live and try again to purchase or download the content.

Solution 5: Clear the system cache

    Here's how:

    1. Press the Guide button on your controller.
    2. Go to Settings and select System Settings.
    3. Select Storage or Memory.
    4. Highlight any storage device, and then press Y on your controller. (It doesn't matter which storage device you select; the cache will be cleared for all storage devices.)
    5. Select Clear System Cache.
    6. When you're prompted to confirm storage device maintenance, select Yes.
Solution 6: Move and then redownload your Xbox Live profile

    Here’s how:

    1. Format a spare USB flash drive as a memory unit.
    2. Move your profile to the flash drive that you formatted in step 1. To do this, follow these steps:
      1. Plug the USB memory stick into your console.
      2. Press the Guide button on your controller.
      3. Go to Settings, System Settings, and then Storage.
      4. Select All Devices.
      5. Select Gamer Profiles, and then select your gamer profile.
      6. Select Move.
      7. Select the USB flash drive to which you want to move your profile.
      8. Remove the USB flash drive from your console.
    3. Redownload your profile. For help, see Download your Xbox Live profile to a different Xbox
      360 console or redownload it
      .
Solution 7: Delete the Marketplace System Data file

The Xbox 360 console also stores temporary files for the Xbox Games Store. You might resolve this issue if you delete the Marketplace System Data file. Here's how:

    1. Press the Guide button on your controller.
    2. Go to Settings, and then System Settings.
    3. Select Storage and then select your primary storage device.
    4. Select System Items.
    5. Select Marketplace System Data.
    6. Select Delete.
    7. Restart your console.
Solution 8: Delete the most recent system update

    Here's how:

    1. Press the Guide button on your controller.
    2. Go to Settings and then System Settings.
    3. Select Storage.
    4. Highlight (but do not select) Memory Unit.
    5. On your controller, press the following buttons in the following order:
      1. Left bumper
      2. Right bumper
      3. X button
    6. Repeat step 5.
    7. When you see the following message, select Yes:
    Delete System Update

If any storage device contains a system update, the update and access to Xbox Live will be removed. To use these features again, sign in to Xbox Live and download the update. For more info, visit www.xbox.com/storage.

Your console will restart after the operation is complete. Do you want to continue?

Your Xbox 360 console will restart.

    Solution 9: Request a repair

Obviously that last one is a last resort, hopefully it wont come to this!!

I hope we are able to resolve it for you.
