    Xbox Live Wont Redeem


    So recently I just bought a Xbox live code, and when I go to redeem the code, I get an error that says, "Something happened on our end, waiting a little might help. But I've waited for a day now and I'm still getting the problem. Any ideas how to fix?

    why cant i redeem my xbox live gold membership

    im trying to redeem my sons 6 month xbox live gold gift card and it wont allow me to, tells me come to try again later it been over a week and it still wont lit me redeem it

    Remeeming errors can be caused by issues on the account itself. Be sure to check if your billing information is correct at
    http://billing.microsoft.com and also check
    http://account.microsoft.com/services for any outstanding amount issues, these need to be sorted prior to being able to redeem codes.

    After that try redeeming the code on both xbox console and via xbox.com/redeemcode

    Also check that the Xbox Live account, the console and code all match region wise, using different regions for any of them cause issues too.

    If you can't find anything wrong and it is still not working, best thing to do is to contact official Xbox Support via Phone or Microsoft Support Chat at
    Contact Us | Xbox Support they can do a more indepth look into this issue.

    Hello you can redeem it through code redeem though xbox app via phone,computer or tablet. Please make sure when sending stuff you live in the same region ex USA --> USA not USA--> UK it wont work like that.

    As others have stated, they will all still be there, however any games with gold you redeemed while having xbox live gold wont be available until you get gold again.
