    Xbox live wont redeem. Keeps saying an error has occured


    Can somone tell my what i can do to redeem my xbox live. I try to redeem it but it takes me to xbox.com to redeem it. It then shows 12m xbox live but when i press confirm it says an error has occured and tells me to go to another website.

    Exact same issue, i have tried renewing the same Xbox live 12 month subscription code multiple times and get "Sorry, but an unexpected error has occurred. The error has been recorded and we will investigate. Please try to redeem your code later."
