XBOX Live wont let me cancel auto-billing

Every time I go to the subscriptions page on the website on my PC, and click "cancel automatic payment" option, it brings me to a page that says, "Uh, oh.... that shouldn't have happened. It appears you have found a glitch in the system."

Of course I would love to speak to someone privately about this, but of course, the web designers over at microsoft decided to make it as hard as possible to speak directly to someone and not post on the d*mn forums. This is of course the wrong thread to
post this in, but another obvious blunder would not easily label the forum account problems should be put in. I would be ecstatic for someone to point me in the right direction to finally cancel my Xbox live subscription (though it took me long enough) I dont
know what this is but i cannot afford to pay for another subscription fee, and it wont let me remove payment info before i cancel the subscription and i cant do that because of this travesty.

My xbox live renews in two days and I cant cancel auto renew because my security information is updating.

Why wont it let me cancel.

It wont let me cancel my auto payment on the xbox or the website,can anyone help me stop it?

 

The website has had several issues over the last few days, your problem may be part of that.

If it continues to happen, your only option is to call phone support, they are the only ones that can deal with billing issues.
