Xbox Live won't let me add a new credit card !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Just now I've tried to add another credit card to my xbox account, but let me do it. Some error code pops up every time I've tried to do it. MICROSOFT NEEDS TO WAKE UP AND FIX THIS !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Adding a credit card.

My credit card has recently expired. Wasn't able to find a way to change the expiration date so I tried to add a new credit card. The option for choosing a state or province only lists states and I live in Canada. How do I change my expiration date to
the new one, or add a new card if the site won't let me choose Canada as where I live?

How do you remove Credit Cards on Xbox LIVE?

I bought 1 Month of Xbox LIVE Gold Membership and it has now ran out. In the last Month, I lost my credit card (the credit card that's being used by Xbox LIVE) So I rang up and payed for a new credit card (new numbers and everything) And now my account
has been suspended due to a problem with my payment option. It won't even let me remove the lost credit card and add the new one because it's suspended. Can someone please help? Thanks.

Also to add on to that, I bought something off the xbox live marketplace on my other account, with the same credit card it would not let me add. So obviously my credit card is good to make online purchases. This seriously makes me mad.

I don't own a Xbox, but I am trying to download a PC game. I set up the paypal, and it did let me add 500 points. That was it! Now whenever I tried to add more it won't let me. Either with credit card or paypal.

there is no credit card. that's the issue. I want to use paypal, in lieu of using a credit card. i have money on my pay pal account, and want to pay with that - but it's not letting me add it as a payment option, as it claims i need to add a credit card
"to complete the purchase." Note, no purchase is being made, i'm simply trying to add paypal as a payment option to buy xbox live points.
