    Xbox live wont connect


    hi there

    my network is tested and working, I am connected to my Xbox live profile but as soon as i launch a game it either doesn't stop loading ( online )or it disconnects me ... need advise please

    Xbox live wont connect

    Try resetting your network settings on your xbox 360, you can do this by going to your settings >system settings > network settings > your network > configure network > go to thr right under additional settings and click restore network settings back to
    factory defaults, then restart your xbox 360 and once you do, you're going to have to re enter your password for your network again and try it. You could also try to uninstall your profile and reinstall it onto your console by going to settings > system settings
    > storage > profiles and delete then just reinstall, try both and let me know if it works.
