    xbox live won't connect


    I will try to explain this the best I can. I have an xbox 1 and I am currently trying to play call of duty (360 game) on this console. Everything has been fine for weeks no problems, until last night when it would sign me out and not let me sign back in
    with my gamer tag. It would completely fade that name out, but if I switched back over to play fortnite it was fine and I was able to play... But the minute I went back to try to play it would come up and say disconnected from xbox live, then that is when
    I tried to sign in and the display gamer tag name was (faded out so to speak) and wouldn't even let me click on it. I have restarted and powered it back up. I am not sure what happened or if I did something.

    I was not signing into xbox live before. I was not even connecting. I was just playing the games on the console. the profile I set up on there is missing and won't let me create a new one. I tried to connect and now it won't let me connect to xbox live.
    It shows that I am connecting to the internet and then errors at the xbox live point.
