    Xbox Live won't connect, although I have it.


    I have Xbox live gold, and my renewal date is next January. The Xbox website also claims that I have it. My Xbox ome console, however, thinks otherwise. The Xbox will not access my subscriptions tab of the settings, and I cannot do anything a gold member
    would normally be able to. Is there some way to send my Xbox confirmation that I indeed do have live gold?

    okay, and now it won't let me connect to Xbox live... although it says the connection is fine.

    Xbox one is connected to the Internet but won't connect to live

    I just updated my xbox one an hour ago but although the my console is connected to the Internet it won't connect to live.

    Xbox Live won't connect, although I have it.

    First try logging out of all profiles on the console and log back in. Then test to see if that works.

    If not then remove your profile from the console and perform a hard reset EXACTLY like this. Hold the power button on the console for 10 seconds or until the power shuts down completely. Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes.
    Plug the power cord back in and restart the console. Once it is back up and operational reload the profile log in and test.

    I am having the same problem right now. Wired as well and no error message when I do the Xbox live Connection Test. Although, when I first start up my console, It won't connect me to live. I have to test the connection first(Works on the first try everytime)
    then it will let me sign into Live

    Yes, it did connect to Xbox Live fully when it was directly connected to the modem. However it stillk won't connect through the wireless router (although I can see Live Status). Connecting to the router by ethernet cable yields the same results. Clearly
    the router is the problem, but I haven't changed anything on it since I originally set it up a few years ago.
