    Xbox live won't allow me to message


    Whenever I try to message my friends, it says that messaging won't work. However, I've checked my enforcement record and I'm told that it's perfect and I have a good reputation.

    Hey there!

    Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling Microsoft Jigsaw? I recommend starting out by following the steps on our Microsoft Casual Games FAQ. Additionally, check
    out the
    Error Codes & How to Fix Your Game     post on the official Jigsaw facebook page.

    Your account must have some messaging restrictions. Make sure it's a child's account with privacy restrictions.

    Hi, have you tried signing out of you account and then back in? Also clearing the data? Might be a sync issue.
