Xbox live with two accounts?

Hey, I just have a quick question. I have my account to my friend so he didn't have to pay for Xbox live. He was really happy but now whenever I am playing I'll get signed out of live because he started playing. Is there any way that he can make an account
but have me share my Xbox live with his newly created account while me being able to still play so we can both play Xbox live with the same Microsoft account just on different Xbox accounts? Thanks!

Xbox live and game pass help

Hi, i have an Xbox one with Xbox Live and a game pass subscription. My girlfriend who I live with also wants an Xbox one. The question is, with two Xbox in the same house would we need two seperate Live accounts and two seperate game passes or can we share
mine? Thanks in advance.

Hi, on Xbox 360 this is not possible.

If you want to do your friend a favour by gifting him Xbox Live, you need to buy a Xbox Live Gold membership prepaid card, so he can redeem it on his own account.

On the Xbox One, you could visit your friend, and set his console as his Home Console. That way your Gold membership is shared to EVERYONE playing on your designated "Home Console", as Smwutches is suggesting.

But on Xbox 360, there is no such function (yet?)

Make sure you are connected to the console with the same account used to purchase the Gold subscription. Check in the "Subscriptions" section that the subscription is correctly active. If everything is correct, try to clear the cache by holding down the
power button for 10 secs and try again. If it doesn't work, try to delete the profile from the console and re-download it again.

This message means that you online safety and security settings are set to not allow you to play online multiplayer games.

If it had to do with your live subscription it would just take you to the purchase gold page.

Click on Request A Call and type in a few lines explaining your issue and you will get called back quicker than if you waited in queue on hold.
