    xbox live will not let me sign into my own profile.


    Unable to sign in on my profile.... Was playing diablo 3 when xbox live signed me out have been unable to sign back in ever since. My other consoles are working fine, Wii U and PS4. (please don't flame me).

    Cannot even login to my account or any on my console offline.

    I'm having the same issue where it wont let me sign into my profile at all. Right at start up before I even try to sign in I get the message saying "can't sign in" and it won't let me into my profile at all. I have found that if I disconnect my Xbox from
    the internet I can at least sign in to my profiles and play my games offline. This sign in error is bs! it shouldn't matter if Xbox live is messed up or not or if Im connected or not. I should be able to at least sign in to my profile!

    There is an ongoing issue with Diablo 3 as well as with Charter communications ISP please check this status page and try connecting again once the issue has been resolved.

    80150101 can't download my profile

    I turned on my xbox, and I couldnt sign in to xbox live> therefore, I went to download my profile and it would not let me. I went to sign in and my profile wasn't even there.

    Right guys; spoke to my mate Dan - My profile is for some reason on his xbox console - he's just tried signing in on my profile and it had no problem letting him - no asking for password, no asking to re-download the profile or anything. So for some reason,

    xbox one would not sign into my account so i logged on to my gfs who had just made a profile on my xbox and doesnt have her own xbox live... turned on a game, and it asked me to choose a profile... clicked my own. and it worked. if it works for you lemme
