I finally was able to get past the last error code which just wouldn't let me connect at all, then it says it had to update, downloads update, restarts console, boom, this error code now.... whole system is corrupted and broken since november, nothing but

Sorry It's an xbox live account it gets error code 8015d003 so I went online to reset the password and when I did it sed the account had been blocked. I spoke to an Xbox guy today on the phone and he sent me a link to unblock it . However this hasn't worked

Can you please try making a new account on Accounts.live.com and downloading that?

• If that one won't download correctly, then we know it's something up with the connection
  
• But if the test account DOES download then we know it's something specific to you account and can hone in on that
