    Xbox Live Wifi Problem


    Wired or wireless it tells me its all good you are connected to the internet.But service info is unavailable even though xbox live is up.

    And there's nothing wrong with my wifi, I've already tried rebooting it.

    can they make xbox live website free, come on sony network is free, and nintendo network is free ive enough problems pay my internet provider for WiFi and now i ve pay you to microsoft for xbox live, im glad i dont have xbox 360 or xbox the one​

    If you get Xirrus Wi-Fi Inspector (or a similar program) you can use another of your devices to check the placement, signal strength and channels of not just your wireless devices but the devices of others around that could be interfering.

    If your XBOX 360 is getting a weak signal to the wireless try to change it's position or move the console or the router closer to the console to see if this resolves the issue. If not, please tell us your router model number and if your getting any errors
    when you test your connection to XBOX Live.
