just mean spelling. I mean your thoughts all running together in one long sentence. Some of your messages come off in a slurred tone as if you're drunk. You're not easy to follow. It's hard to agree with you (even if you make a valid point) when your messages
look very lazy and uneducated. You could be right on some things. If no one can understand you though, it makes no difference.

well funkyforestfrog i suppose it depends where you are from regarding the fact you think my comments are slurred, now i will admit i am guilty of using some of the shorthand slang terms of my region and that may be confusing for some depending on where

others were more than capable of understanding what i was saying and what points i was trying to make, and on that note ive noticed your shiny new profile with no game score or friends has never commented on this thread before and the first comment you make
attacks me directly (for lack of a better way of putting it) and you didnt even mention my gamertag in the comment, now i have noticed such an occurrence is highly unusual on these forums (unless its a new profile made specifically to argue with people, dont
get me wrong though, i hope im wrong in that assumption)

surely you must understand the point i have just made especially considering that the last comments i made on this thread point out that THEOWENKILLER has posted on many other threads (as is his right) but on the EXTREME majority of them he his attacking
individuals and causing arguments, and straight after i point out that FACT, a brand spanking new profile appears having a go at me directly.

now surely im not the only person that has noticed this and finds it ever so slightly suspicious.

I am having it right now! I got my kids an Xbox 360 last year and they created a live account and was up and playing in a matter of min and play daily! So a few days ago I bought a used 4gig 360 and have yet to be able to get it to connect to live so I can
not up date it or games so I cant even use it! talked to a support person and said that there is a problem that once it is fixed I will be able to connect and use it! It has been 4 days waiting! Thinking I will sell it and go back with PlayStation!

 

This isn't what your asking but I hope it's funny enough that you can appreciate it regiardless. My future brother in law got banned from PSN for making death threats while playing call of duty as if killing each other wasn't the whole point of the game.

 

Killing each other in a game & making actual death threats are completely different things.

You'd get banned from xbox live for doing the same thing.

 

@Daft Badger They are different things and making actual death threats was clearly not what he was doing. That we be like if me and your were playing Need for Speed and I said I was going to come in first before the race started and then got banned for "conspiring
to illegally street race".

I should have put "making death threats" in quotation marks originally.

 

Saying "i'm going to beat you in a race" is a bit of friendly banter & could not be seen as "conspiring to illegally street race" unless you were in a real car on a real public road.

Making death threats is a different thing altogether.

 

There is a clear difference between death threats and competitive trash talk in FPS's. Like I said,
He wasn't making death threats! Making death threats is when you say "I'm going to come to your house and kill you", "I'm going to find you and kill you", stuff like that. Saying "I can't wait to shoot you in the head" is not a death threat
when said in the context of Call of Duty.

That is complete rubbish.

Being a moderator / ambassador I would expect you to provide accurate information. It's probably better to say nothing if you don't know what you are talking about.

The enforcement team have admitted to me that they do not have the resources to investigate every complaint made. Plus the fact that some cheats have been blatantly cheating for years despite hundreds of complaints made against them without any action ever
being taken.

So I have done my research and your statement was incorrect and extremely naive.

Really? Find that hard to believe as the enforcement team only communicate to tell someone why the have been banned/suspended,they certainly wouldn't tell you this or anything else about how they investigate reports etc.

If you expect me to believe they told you that then it's you who's being naïve.

I know how xbox live enforcement works.

I agree that for some bizarre reason it is almost impossible to communicate with the enforcement team directly. However, that was the only bit of information the enforcement team disclosed to me after several messages posted on their forum asking why no
action was being taken cheats on the game I enjoy playing.

So you can try and discredit me but it's true they did tell me that, it was the only comment they would make.

I guess you are one of these people who think they know everything and won't admit when they are wrong.
